MOVE helps unlock our full potential on the track and in the field, at any and every stage in life. MOVE! Goals has been taught at Boston College for almost 20 years. It has helped 100s of athletes, beginners to Olympians, achieve their performance goals in sport and in life. MOVE! Goals is based on Professor Cathy Utzschneider’s decades of research, coaching, and competition, including her experience winning numerous national masters titles in running and aquathlon. MOVE!Goals as the only program that uses short physical goals to establish long-term performance achievement goals allowing me to experience my best in Masters Track and Field and in my life outside of track and field.
